Thoughts are always a powerful tool for a human being, we rely on our imaginations and dreams, and base most of our reality on them. It is easy to understand that our dream is relying on a thought because what we think can come to our dream with the help of imagination. But how do these thoughts design our reality?
The mind is itself a bigger part than our body, our whole body is not even 1% as complex as our mind. We all know that our mind has unique capabilities yet many people don’t spend much time in understand the way they think.
According to many psychologies, most people don’t think about thinking. Our feelings, thinking, and behaviours are connected in such a way that each one joins us to another. Like if you think before the interview that you might don’t get the job because the interviewer is a tough guy and will not give you chance to say anything then you will feel like losing a chance before even trying it, hence you will act accordingly and eventually your mind will command you that it’s not your cup of tea. What just happened, you have not given it a decent shot and lost the chance in 5 minutes because of a negative thought.
In most of the situations, human beings have a habit to draw a conclusion in the mind about themselves and to support the conclusions they do two things, try to find an imaginary substantial fact to support it or discount anything that matches the belief.

Remember, that guy who lost the job without trying it, He actually develops the mindset of a failure and creates and developed an image of a situation that is not true then relies his thoughts on it to form a conclusion, so when he did not get the job and walks out of office, his mind blamed him by saying you are not capable.
The person filled with negative emotion will mostly act like this and then blame themselves for all the bad things that happen to them, in case something good happened to them, they opt out the luck or by chance slang and do not give any credit to their hard work.
It is a known fact that our mind and thoughts affect our aura and our aura or the outer layers of the body change colour because of these emotions. When you are angry, the aura changes its colour and gets blacker and denser. If a person is filled with sadness and unmotivated then, the aura creates a zig-zag bluish form. If you are an addicted person, whether it is alcohol or drugs then the aura turns into a faded colour form and becomes deformed. If you have self-doubt then it becomes, brown, Deceitful makes it orange and yellow, and Jealousy gives your aura look purplish.
You might be thinking what If my aura looks a little off-color or denser than the usual brighter appearance? It matters really, seeing an aura colour is a way of saying that these emotions have high command on yourself and hence you are affected by this. So, all the problems you face like stress, anxiety, irritation, or developing a negative point of view towards the world, can be neutralized or solved if you control this emotion.
In order to control the emotion, first, you need to see your thoughts from a third person’s perspective, if you are angry with someone about something then try to see your emotion and another person’s act from a third angle.
This practice will give clarity to the mind and you can overcome anger. There are many tricks and techniques to control the mind, some of them are so simple that if anyone practices them, it can change their life forever. I teach these techniques to people with whom you can overcome any deep emotion, guilt, or regrets. It takes little time but if you know the directions then it is always easy to reach the destination.
